DEST delivers practical, hands-on training with the aim of achieving noticeably improved service levels and improved operational efficiency. Through this skills development training we will give your staff the skill to maintain or improve performance levels, encourage positive ongoing workplace relationships.

By offering this service, DEST envisions to equip youngsters, helping them to find gainful employment by sharing the knowledge, experience and passion of it’s founder, Melanie Viljoen. Her passion for the hospitality industry was ignited when she started working as a server at local restaurants. Our mission is to enrich the lives of guests, trainees and owners. We believe that trained staff are the most important resource and that success depends upon creating and retaining a staff capable of delivering an exceptional dining experience to every customer, every time!
